5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
* An order is considered accepted only after you receive an order confirmation from us.
* We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases including (but not limited to): suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, address issues, or payment issues.
* *Customer cancellation requests* may be accepted *only before dispatch*. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible for hygiene-category products.

Our products fall under a hygiene category. Therefore:

* No exchanges
* No size changes after delivery
We may offer *replacement/refund only for damaged/defective items or wrong item delivered*, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.
