RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY 

 


Our products are classified as a *hygiene category*. For hygiene and safety reasons:

1. No Returns / No Exchanges

* We do not accept returns.
* We do not offer exchanges (including size exchanges or change of mind).
* Please review product details and size guidance before placing an order. If you need help, contact us before purchase.

2. When We Will Help (Replacement / Refund Only for Issues)

We will provide a replacement (or refund if replacement is not possible) only in the following cases:

* You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
* The item is damaged/defective on arrival

3. Time Window to Report

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Proof Required

To process a replacement/refund request, please share:

* Order number
* Photos/video clearly showing the issue
* (Recommended) an unboxing video (if available)

5. Resolution Method

* Primary: Replacement of the affected item(s), subject to stock availability.
If replacement is unavailable: Refund to the original payment method (or alternate method as feasible).

6. Items Not Eligible

Replacement/refund will not be provided for:

* Incorrect size selection by customer
* Normal wear and tear
* Damage due to misuse, improper washing, or incorrect care
* Requests made after the 48-hour window
* Items without adequate proof

7. Refund Timelines

If a refund is approved:

* Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank/payment provider.
